This includes removing outdated or irrelevant content, adding new content, optimizing it for search engines, ensuring website usability, fixing broken links, and monitoring website traffic. Regular maintenance ensures that the website stays competitive, user-friendly, and delivers a great user experience.

WordPress Support is a service that provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for WordPress websites, while WordPress Content Maintenance is a strategy for regularly updating and improving the content on a WordPress website. WordPress Support deals with technical issues related to the website’s functionality, security, and performance, whereas WordPress Content Maintenance focuses on reviewing and enhancing the website’s content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement.

Our Man-Hour Credit Plan allows for the purchase of either 10 or 20 hours of credit. If unused, these hours can be brought forward to the following month without an expiry date. We keep track of each update and inform clients of the remaining number of hours/credits.

For Monthly Plan hours, it is important to note that they do not roll over and must be used within the month.

Similarly, for Annual Plan hours, they must be used within the year and cannot be carried over to the following year.

All your content Maintenance Hours are tracked by our team. We keep a record of each update and inform clients of the remaining number of hours/credits.

Certainly, you can request as many tasks as you need, as there is no restriction on the number of requests. However, if there are several tasks for the same website, we may prioritize and coordinate them to avoid redundancy.

Provided below are effective ways to communicate with us to ensure that we can quickly and efficiently complete your requests with absolute clarity.

EXAMPLE 1 – Modify Content
Our technical team finds it particularly helpful to receive images of the issue you’re experiencing as this enables us to identify exactly what needs to be done.

– Please include screenshots (from your computer desktop)
– Add a descriptive subject , e.g, Services page needs re-alignment
– Explain: “Please adjust and justify 3 paragraph content on Service page(yoursite.com/service-abc-xxx/). Thanks”

EXAMPLE 2 – Fixing Bugs / Small Fix

– Please include screenshots, e.g., Screeshot from your mobile phone
– Add a descriptive subject , e.g, About Us page – Text and Image are overlapping
– Explain: “Please find the screenshot (i’m using Android phone), on About Us page (yoursite.com/about/my-company/) the featured image and first paragraph content was overlapping. Please help to adjust it, thanks!”

Note: Be as specific as possible. Provide as many details as possible when providing us with edits or tasks to complete. This way, we have a clear understanding of what needs to be done.

The Man-Hour Credit Maintenance Plan entails making an upfront payment, and the credits do not have an expiry date. There is no minimum subscription duration, and payments are made for the subscribed period. Opting for a 10 man-hour maintenance plan does not require any commitment to a subscription period. The pre-paid credits have no expiry date, and when they are exhausted, the user only needs to renew or subscribe again.

When you send us support email, or submit a ticket, typically respond to your ticket within 4-8 hours. Once your ticket is assigned to one of our support techs, it can take 12-24 hours to complete your request.
