- SCOPE OF SERVICES: Ad-hoc Maintenance covers most of the task of website updates and simple issue fixing, including security updates, backups, bug fixes, and content updates, except programming and new website design / layout change request.
- HOUR OF SERVICES: For each Man-Hour, we can perform various tasks such as updating two web pages, creating one new page, updating one banner, and requiring two Man-hours for an image gallery update. For small updates or task requests, we will charge based on every 30-minute block of effort. Any hours worked beyond the number of hours covered by the retainer will be billed at an hourly rate of S$99 per hour.
- PAYMENT: The Ad-hoc Maintenance fee for website maintenance services is start from S$80 per man-hour, payable in advance.
- MINIMUM BILLING: Ad-hoc Maintenance are billed on an hourly basis. If the work takes less than 1 hour, the client will be billed for the full hour to cover our time and expenses.
- OVERTIME BILLING: If the work takes longer than the agreed-upon time, we will bill for additional time spent on the work, subject to the client’s approval. Ad-hoc Maintenance fees may vary depending on the complexity of the work. We offer discounted rates for bulk hours or ongoing work.
- TERMINATION: Either party may terminate the retainer agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the website maintenance provider will refund any unused portion of the retainer fee.
- NO REFUNDS: Payment for ad-hoc maintenance services is non-refundable, compensating our time and effort spent on the work.
- If you are a corporate client interested in subscribing to our services through a contract or PO, please contact us for a formal quotation.
